UPS Prepaid Returns
More and more websites and catalogs are providing prepaid return labels to their customers. UPS return labels have a RS, ARS, or RS1 in the upper right corner of the label. UPS shippers will either include the label in the delivered pack or will provide a link so the customer can print the label themselves. This gives consumers confidence when purchasing items they may want to return.
Payment has already been arranged by the shipper. You the customer do not pay anything for sending UPS prepaid return labels.
If you decide to return an item using a prepaid return label:
- Reseal the product in the original box or for a small fee we can repack it for you.
- Place prepaid return label on box.
- Take your package to The UPS Store.
- Use the number on your receipt to track your UPS package.
